Azure Application & Cloud Engineering
Azure resources should support a clear application design, not become a collection of unexplained services. We connect hosting choices with access, deployment and operating responsibilities so your team knows how the environment works.
Discuss your projectMatch Azure services to application requirements
We map the frontend, APIs, background work and data dependencies before selecting hosting resources. Expected usage and recovery needs guide the configuration. Billing ownership and resource assumptions are recorded, including which changes may be needed as the application or traffic grows.
Separate access and environments
Development and production require deliberate boundaries. We plan identities, service permissions and configuration so a development setting does not silently become a production dependency. Secrets are managed through suitable controls, with access limited to the people and services responsible for the agreed work.
Make releases and recovery understandable
Automated workflows can make deployments repeatable, but they also need useful failure feedback. We define release checks, logs and rollback arrangements where supported. Monitoring and backup choices are documented with operating notes, and any ongoing support coverage is agreed separately from initial implementation.

Service questions and answers
Should the Azure environment belong to our company account?
Account and billing ownership should be decided before resources are created. Your organisation needs appropriate control of the environment and a clear process for granting and removing access. We identify deployment identities and required permissions for the agreed work, rather than depending on shared credentials or a developer’s personal subscription.

Can we begin with a small Azure setup and expand later?
A small setup can be appropriate if it meets the workload and operating needs. We review the resources, usage limits and likely cost drivers before selecting it. Expansion may require application or data changes as well as a different plan, so the design records assumptions and the signs that it needs another review.

How do you keep test settings from becoming production dependencies?
We separate environment configuration and identify the services each deployment is allowed to use. Secrets need controlled storage and access, while release checks verify the intended environment. The plan also covers test data and external callbacks, because a correctly deployed application can still point to the wrong service or send unintended messages.

What should be checked before we rely on an Azure recovery plan?
We identify the application state, data and dependencies that must be recovered, then test an agreed scenario. The operating notes should record the steps, access requirements and remaining manual work. Simply enabling a backup feature does not demonstrate that the full application can be restored to a usable state.
