We connect your devices to the people who need their data. From sensors and gateways to cloud dashboards and mobile apps, we plan how readings travel, how alerts work and what happens when a connection stops.
A documented path from the available device data to useful monitoring and agreed operational workflows.

Engineering and marketing capabilities
A documented path from the available device data to useful monitoring and agreed operational workflows.
01
Device-to-application system mapping
We identify the role of each device, repeater, gateway and application in the proposed system. The map establishes which component produces information, which transports it and which is responsible for interpretation or action.
System map and integration responsibility matrix.
02
Protocol and payload assessment
An integration begins with the actual messages and supported connection method. We examine sample payloads, field meanings, units, identifiers and timing, and identify missing information before application features depend on data the device cannot provide.
Message specification and field-mapping notes.
03
Data ingestion and validation
Incoming messages need checks before they become records or alerts. We implement the agreed receiving path and validation rules, accounting for malformed data, duplicate messages and timestamps so downstream views have a defined basis.
Ingestion flow and message-validation rules.
04
Identity, connection status and readings
We connect device identifiers to the relevant location or operational record. Status labels are based on explicit rules, such as the age of the last received message; battery levels or other measurements appear only when the device provides them.
Device mapping and status-calculation definitions.
05
Monitoring dashboards
Give operators the information needed to assess a situation. We develop agreed summary views, device lists, readings and filters, with clear distinctions between a current value, an older reading and information that has never been received.
Monitoring views and device-level information screens.
06
Alerts and operational follow-up
Define what triggers attention, who receives it and how the next action is recorded. Thresholds, repeated events, acknowledgement and notification behavior are agreed together to avoid treating every incoming message as an actionable alert.
Alert rules and acknowledgement workflow.
07
History and reporting
Historical data helps teams understand an event in context. We scope the readings and events to retain, useful filters and export needs, taking storage volume, access permissions and reporting performance into account.
Historical views and agreed report outputs.
08
Connectivity recovery and integration testing
We test the complete path using representative device messages and interrupted connections. Buffering, retries and remote actions depend on device capabilities; those limits are recorded so the application does not imply control it does not have.
End-to-end test scenarios and recovery notes.

Technology and integration choices
Tools follow the requirements. We consider your current systems, team skills, operating costs and support responsibilities before agreeing a technical approach.
01
Device and gateway interfaces
Use the protocols and payload formats supported by the selected equipment; confirm them before committing to features.
02
Cloud and application services
Plan receiving endpoints, storage and APIs around the expected message volume and downstream queries.
03
Web and mobile experiences
Present readings, events and follow-up actions through the interfaces appropriate to each operator.

NEXORA / FAQ
Service scope and project questions
Can you connect devices we already have?
We first need the protocol, sample payloads and a supported way to access the data. Integration feasibility depends on the manufacturer’s interfaces and available permissions.
How do you determine whether a device is online?
We agree a rule using the available connection information or message timestamps. A device that has not reported recently is distinguished from one with a confirmed connection failure.
What happens when the internet connection drops?
Behavior depends on gateway and device support for buffering and retries. We define how delayed or missing information appears and test recovery against the available hardware.
Can we send commands or update firmware remotely?
Only if the devices and communication path support it and the function is included in scope. Such actions need their own authorization, validation and recovery design.
How are notifications controlled?
We agree thresholds, recipients, repeated-event handling and acknowledgement rules. The delivery channel and any third-party messaging charges are part of the project discussion.
Does monitoring replace a safety system?
A monitoring application must be used within the role agreed for the system. It does not by itself certify the hardware or replace required alarms, inspections or responsible operational procedures.
A connected product should help someone do a job better. At Nexora, we start with that job, then plan the hardware and software needed to make it work.
