We develop the electronics and firmware inside your product. We help turn requirements into a working prototype, test how it behaves and prepare the agreed design files and instructions for the next stage.

DESIGNED AT THE DEVICE LEVEL
Engineering and marketing capabilities
A tested prototype or defined device subsystem with agreed firmware behavior, interfaces and engineering handover.
01
Device requirements and constraints
We define what the device needs to sense or control and where it will operate. Inputs, outputs, power sources, communication needs and physical constraints guide the design before components or firmware assumptions become fixed.
Device requirements and interface outline.
02
Component and interface planning
Component choices must work together electrically and operationally. We review the required interfaces, availability and documented behavior, identifying dependencies that need evaluation or sample testing before a prototype design is committed.
Component-selection notes and interface mapping.
03
Circuit-design support
We support the agreed circuit work around power, sensing and communication functions. The scope defines whether the engagement includes schematics, layout work or review of an existing design, with clear responsibility for fabrication and assembly.
Agreed circuit-design or review files.
04
Firmware behavior and device states
Device software needs predictable behavior across startup, ordinary operation and faults. We develop the agreed state logic, timing and input/output handling, and define how the device recovers or reports a problem when an expected condition is missing.
Firmware source and documented device behavior.
05
Sensor and peripheral integration
We connect the selected sensors and peripherals through their supported interfaces. Reading conversion, units, sampling and invalid values are checked against the task, so the application receives a meaningful value with defined interpretation.
Sensor-interface code and data interpretation notes.
06
Gateway and application connectivity
Messages leaving the device must fit the receiving system. We align identifiers, payload fields, timing and error behavior with the gateway or API contract, checking what happens when the next component cannot receive or acknowledge information.
Communication contract and integration notes.
07
Prototype debugging and validation
We examine hardware and firmware together using agreed operating scenarios. Measurements, observed failures and changes are recorded so each prototype iteration answers a specific question and remaining limitations stay visible.
Prototype test observations and change log.
08
Engineering handover
A prototype should leave a traceable engineering record. We organize the agreed source, design files, component information and test notes so the next developer or production partner can understand the design and the work still required.

Technology and integration choices
Tools follow the requirements. We consider your current systems, team skills, operating costs and support responsibilities before agreeing a technical approach.
01
Electronics and interfaces
Select components and supported peripheral interfaces according to the device requirements and evaluation results.
02
Device firmware
Use the chosen microcontroller’s toolchain and suitable software structure for timing, state and resource constraints.
03
Connected application integration
Align the device payload with gateway, cloud and application expectations before end-to-end validation.

NEXORA / FAQ
Service scope and project questions
Can we start from an existing prototype?
Yes. Share the design information, firmware and the behavior that needs improvement. We assess what can be reused and which parts need further investigation.
Do you handle both hardware and firmware?
The engagement can combine electronics support and firmware development. The proposal specifies design, layout, procurement, assembly and integration responsibilities rather than assuming all are included.
Are manufacturing and certification included?
Not automatically. Production tooling, enclosure work, manufacturing quantities and certification activities need their own scope, responsible partners and acceptance requirements.
How many prototype iterations will be needed?
That depends on the unknowns and test findings. We plan an initial iteration around specific questions, then review the results before committing to further changes.
Can the device connect to our cloud platform?
We check its communication capabilities and the receiving interface first. Message formats, identifiers, timing and recovery behavior must be agreed across hardware and application teams.
What engineering files will we receive?
The agreed handover may include firmware, circuit files, component information, interface definitions and test notes. Ownership, third-party licenses and delivery formats are specified in the engagement.
Getting a circuit to work is an important step. Making it fit the real job takes more planning. Here is how we think about the journey from an idea to a product people can use.
