We build the cloud services and APIs that connect your devices, websites and apps. We plan how data arrives, who can access it and how your team can run and support the system.

Documented interfaces and a deployable environment whose configuration, monitoring and ownership are understood.
01
Architecture and capacity planning
Start with the application’s data flows, expected usage and availability needs. We map components and dependencies, identify likely capacity limits and estimate resource choices so hosting decisions reflect the product and its budget.
Architecture diagram and documented capacity assumptions.
02
Azure application hosting
Configure the agreed hosting, data and supporting services around the application. Environment separation, connection settings and access responsibilities are planned together, so development configuration does not silently become the production setup.
Configured environments and resource documentation.
03
API contracts and integrations
Define endpoints in terms of the work they perform: accepted data, required access, responses and failure conditions. We implement validation and integration handling, with documentation that helps web, mobile and other teams use the interface consistently.
API specification and representative request/response examples.
04
Authentication and access
We map application roles and service permissions before connecting components. Credentials belong in suitable secret storage and access is limited to the agreed responsibilities; sensitive actions require checks on the server, not only in the interface.
Access model and configuration responsibilities.
05
Automated release workflows
Repeatable builds and deployments make changes easier to review. We configure the agreed workflow, environment settings and release checks, including how a failed release is investigated or reversed where the hosting approach supports it.
Build/deployment configuration and release notes.
06
Migration and transition planning
Moving an application also means moving dependencies, data and operating assumptions. We assess the current environment, rehearse agreed steps and define validation and rollback criteria before a production transition is scheduled.
Migration sequence, validation checks and rollback plan.
07
Logs, monitoring and recovery planning
We define which events help operators understand failures and which alerts need action. Monitoring, backup configuration and recovery procedures are scoped together, with restoration checks agreed where relevant to the workload.
Monitoring views, alert rules and recovery notes.
08
Cost review and operating handover
Resource consumption changes as usage grows. We review the main cost drivers, identify practical configuration choices and document how the environment is operated, including which responsibilities transfer to your team and which require an ongoing support agreement.
Usage review and operating documentation.

Business uses and applications
01
Shared application backend
One API layer supports web screens, mobile apps and controlled integrations.
02
Connected-device platform
Ingest device information and make it available to dashboards and alert workflows.
03
Existing-system transition
Move an agreed workload or replace a fragile interface through a planned, testable change.

Technology and integration choices
Tools follow the requirements. We consider your current systems, team skills, operating costs and support responsibilities before agreeing a technical approach.
01
Microsoft Azure
Select appropriate application hosting, storage, identity and monitoring services for the agreed workload.
02
APIs and data
Use documented HTTP interfaces and suitable SQL or other storage based on consistency, query and integration needs.
03
Delivery tooling
Connect source control and automated release workflows to the environments your team owns.

NEXORA / FAQ
Service scope and project questions
Can you work with our existing cloud setup?
Yes. We review the current environment and the changes needed before proposing additional services. Existing policies and team responsibilities remain part of the design.
Can a migration avoid downtime?
That depends on the application, data changes and infrastructure. We assess transition options and agree an acceptable window and rollback approach rather than promise zero downtime upfront.
Will we own the cloud accounts?
The engagement should identify account and resource ownership from the start. We normally plan deployment into agreed client-controlled accounts with appropriate access for the delivery team.
How are cloud costs estimated?
We use the planned resources and usage assumptions to build an estimate. Actual charges depend on consumption, service pricing and third-party usage, so costs need review after launch.
Do you provide ongoing monitoring and support?
Monitoring setup can be part of delivery. Who responds to alerts, when support is available and what maintenance is included must be covered by an agreed support arrangement.
What documentation will other developers receive?
The scoped handover can include endpoint descriptions, request/response examples, authentication requirements, environment configuration and release steps, together with known limitations and integration dependencies.
A web dashboard and a mobile app are two ways to use the same product. Planning them together helps your team avoid mismatched data, repeated work and confusing user journeys.
