Power conversion and control hardware for ionization equipment.

The project
Nexora developed power supply and electronic control hardware for a water ionizer. The project combines the power-conversion stage with the circuitry needed to operate the equipment. Work spans schematic design, PCB development and product testing.
The engineering challenge
The power stage and the control stage serve different roles but must work within the same equipment requirements. One provides the required electrical supply; the other coordinates operation through the designed interfaces. Treating them as one product-development scope helps align the circuit design, PCB implementation and evaluation of the assembled hardware.
Engineering scope
Power supply hardware for the ionizer
Electronic control of equipment operation
Schematic design, PCB development and product testing
From circuit design to product testing
Nexora’s work on this product covers three connected stages. Schematics define the circuit and its interfaces. PCB development turns that design into a physical board. Product testing evaluates the assembled electronics against the intended operating requirements.
Where it can help
Relevant to water-equipment developers requiring a purpose-built power and control platform. Electrical specifications and equipment interfaces must be defined for the intended product.
Project questions
Why develop the power supply and controls together?
Both must fit the same equipment requirements. Coordinating them connects electrical supply, operating interfaces and the evaluation of the assembled product.
