The project

Nexora designed and developed custom power supply hardware for equipment-specific electrical requirements. The portfolio includes flyback converters, forward converters and Power over Ethernet power solutions. The work covers schematic design, PCB development and complete product testing.

The engineering challenge

Power conversion starts with the requirements of the equipment receiving power. Input and output conditions, the interface and installation environment shape the circuit and PCB implementation. Flyback, forward and PoE designs address different equipment needs, so topology selection belongs with the wider product requirements.

From circuit design to product testing

Nexora’s work on this product covers three connected stages. Schematics define the circuit and its interfaces. PCB development turns that design into a physical board. Product testing evaluates the assembled electronics against the intended operating requirements.
