## Define warehouse stock and location rules

Agree how products, batches and storage locations are identified. Receiving may involve damaged items, unexpected quantities or missing labels, so those conditions need a defined route. Distinguish physical stock from reserved or unavailable stock before users rely on the displayed available quantity.

## Support the picking journey

Plan task lists and scan checks around the equipment and movement of warehouse staff. A wrong item, an empty location or an unreadable code should lead to a useful response. Confirm when inventory is reserved, moved and finally deducted so repeated requests cannot silently duplicate a movement.
