Electronics for high-voltage battery supervision and protection.

## The project

Nexora developed a battery management platform for high-voltage battery systems. The electronics support supervision of battery operation and coordination of protection functions. The project combines schematic design, PCB development and testing of the product, with the battery system and its operating requirements guiding the engineering scope.

## The engineering challenge

Battery management connects information about pack conditions with the actions needed by the surrounding system. Monitoring and protection must be considered together, while their interfaces remain clear.

## From circuit design to product testing

Nexora’s work on this product covers three connected stages. Schematics define the circuit and its interfaces. PCB development turns that design into a physical board. Product testing evaluates the assembled electronics against the intended operating requirements.
